Mulan Bistro catches fire in Cooper-Young
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A restaurant in Midtown caught fire on Monday morning. Memphis Fire Department was called to a fire at Mulan Bistro on Cooper Street in the Cooper-Young area just before noon.
