SPENCER, Massachusetts — A suspect died after a Massachusetts police officer was shot multiple times Tuesday night during an investigation in Spencer, Mass. Millbury, Mass. Police Chief Brian S. Lewos said the officer, who is also a member of the Central Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council SWAT team, was shot at 7:40 p.m.
