The carrier is launching its new economy couch seating in 2027 but falling oil prices Wednesday were giving investors more immediate comfort.

United’s “Relax Row" will be located between economy and premium plus and feature seats that can transform into a couch, like a budget version of lay flat seats.

Travelers will be able to enjoy the comfort of premium cabin seating thanks to the individually adjustable leg rests that fold up at a 90-degree angle and create a spacious lie-flat sleeping area.
