The UK will host the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP26, in partnership with Italy in November 2021. Cop26 bring together world leaders and urge them to commit to global climate action. Young people have an important role to play to promote the change towards clean energy. Together with Enel Foundation we will discuss the power of young people to boost international action on climate negotiations in the run up to pre-Cop26 and Cop26. Media in the US have been criticised for focusing, not on climate issues, but on US President Joe Biden who appeared to nod-off during speeches at the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Glasgow overnight.
