Motherhood has changed me in so many ways. One way in particular is the capacity my nervous system holds. It’s like any little can set me off because im already living at capacity. It’s why the only answer I’ve got is MINDSET. Working on the ability to remember that I’m not as far from my center axis as I feel I am when I am thrown, helps pull myself back to it.
